However, due to the nature of software products and services, refunds are subject to the following policy:
1. At Zoom Labs, we aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers with immediate access to our digital products. Please review our policy below:
2. Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of digital products, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Once order is confirmed there is no cancellation. All sales are final, as customers receive immediate access to the purchased digital content.
3. Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on digital products. Since digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, we cannot provide refunds.
4. Return Policy:
Digital products are not returnable due to their nature. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after project initiation or delivery.
- Issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or client-side environments.
- Failure to provide required information, approvals, or feedback on time by the client.
- After final software delivery, installation, or acceptance by the client.
- Customized solutions or special feature requests, as these are built specifically for the client.
6. Product Issues:
If you encounter any issues with the digital product, such as a damaged or corrupted file, please contact our Customer Service team (sales@zoomlabs.in). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Dispute Resolution
If there is any disagreement regarding the refund, Zoom Labs will work with the client to find a fair solution. In case of unresolved disputes, the matter will follow the terms and conditions outlined in the project agreement/contract.
